About Youth Academy
Our Youth Academy program is one of the leading national fiprograms available to our U7, U8, U9, and U10 players. The developmental but structured program fast tracks the development of players with professional coaches delivering the Phoenix Rising Technical Plan. Our proven methodology of coaching and teaching, the Rising DNA, has developed hundreds of players to the college, professional and national team levels.
Each age group has a professional coach who heads the age group and who oversees the development of the players through the season. Whilst we create teams in an A, B and C format we encourage training in pools of players as players accelerate their development in these formative years.
The program is the entry level for players who have experienced our programming and services at the recreational level with clear goals and objectives:
- Player first approach to development
- Clear attainment targets for players at each age group which are developed through the Phoenix Rising Technical Plan
- Professional coaches who have the necessary skills at coaching younger players. Enthusiasm is caught and not taught and these coaches instill an enjoyment and passion for the game
- Game schedules for the year include competition against soccer clubs in Maricopa County as well as festivals and tournaments
