Cultural and Leadership Initiatives

Phoenix Rising has 6 core values that have become the pillars for success for our Club: Trust, Resilience, Relationships, Dedication, Enjoyment, and Courage. As we continue to grow and evolve, we plan to use these traits as a road map for success for our organization. Additionally, we want to include all coaches, athletes, and parents in the development process, and will do so with periodic leadership initiatives, including coach education, player leadership modules and education, and parent education as well. Holistically, we want Phoenix Rising to be a place where we develop successful young people through the sport of soccer, and we feel our cultural pillars and leadership initiatives will play a big role in their development.
