About Junior Academy
Our Junior Academy program is one of the leading national programs available to our developing players in the critical age groups of U10, U11 and U12. The Technical Plan delivered to these age groups deliver all relevant areas of Technical, Tactical, Physical and Mental, as well as an introduction to functional play and systems of play. Our proven methodology of coaching and teaching, the Rising DNA, has developed thousands of players to the college, professional and national team levels.
Each age group has a professional coach who heads the age group and who oversees the development of the players through the season. We create teams in an A, B and C format and these teams will compete both within the state and outside the state in leagues and tournament play. Evaluations are conducted twice yearly and we encourage players to identify areas of opportunity and challenge with at home programs to support these efforts.
The Junior Academy program is for competitive players who are looking to accelerate the development of their play:
- Player first approach to development
- Clear attainment targets for players at each age group which are developed through the Phoenix Rising Technical Plan
- Professional coaches who have the necessary skills at coaching developing players. Coaches deliver high temp session in a demanding but positive environment
- Game schedules for the year include league and tournament play both within and outside of the State.
