Kelli Chapple (2006 ECNL)
Kelli Chapple began her soccer journey at the Blackhawks, starting off in the recreational program, before joining the competitive side.
Splitting her time between the ECNL (Elite Clubs National League) team and the Scottsdale branch soccer team, Kelli’s goal was to secure a permanent spot on the ECNL roster. Through relentless training and perseverance, she bridged the gap between the two teams, ultimately achieving her dream of becoming a full-time ECNL player.
Kelli’s natural pace, skill, and vision made her a valuable asset to the team. Her ability to read the game, coupled with her explosive speed and agility, allowed her to be a player of real impact in games. As she honed her craft & gained confidence this enabled her to make a relatively straightforward transition between teams.
A true testament to the power of hard work and determination, Kelli’s journey serves as an inspiration to her teammates and aspiring players alike, demonstrating that with unrelenting passion and commitment, even the most ambitious goals can become a triumphant reality. Through her hard work and dedication, she recently committed to playing college soccer at Washington State University.
Rob Dinnie, a previous coach of Kelli describes her with the following words: “Kelli’s tireless work ethic, coachability, and unwavering dedication was something that I admired from the very first moment I started working with her.”
